About Coach Jen

BIG on family:  I am the youngest of seven children and enjoyed growing up in a large family, where communication and compromise were essential! I am now married to my college sweetheart, and we have a “big” family, at least in terms of today’s world.  Three children, ages 13, 11,and 7, provide my greatest source of inspiration, admiration and of course, endless Life Lessons!  As a long-time teacher and mom I help support mothers  by co-creating easy, proactive solutions to every day challenges.

BIG on Music:  I define myself as a musician, but it is more accurate to say that I love all things music…..teaching, empowering,  and learning through music, which speaks and connects all beings better than words ever can.  As a creativity coach, I help musicians create viable processes to be their best as teachers, performers, and composers.

BIG on wellness:   I came into coaching through my own struggle with life balance issues.  As a mom, it is difficult to carve out that ever important time to visit the four rooms of wellness:  physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.   My wellness  journey continues daily, and is not always easy, but I am ever grateful that I can share with my clients the beauty and importance of creating space in each room to live their best life!  As a wellness guide I encourage women to live in each room a bit every day, and help find creative solutions  to support a balanced life.

BIG on writing:   My blog was an afterthought, but has become a source of great inspiration and learning.  It is another creative outlet to empower clients on their own Life Journey, through looking at every experience as a Life Lesson.   Please take some time to browse through my posts, and leave your comments to inspire others.    As a Life Coach  writer, I create material from my own experience that will help people gain insight into their own challenges to support a life of wellness and joy!
